Is the SelfCare1® suitable for children and pregnant women?
We do not recommend the use of essential oils (and therefore SelfCare1®) for pregnant women and children under 7 years old. We offer programs suitable for children aged 7 and over, tailor-made for safe use.
Do essential oils cause allergies?
Essential oils, like all other natural ingredients, may cause an allergic reaction. Before using the SelfCare1®, we recommend that you perform a skin test (The app explains how to do it). In case of an allergic reaction, you might then exclude the particular oil from our blends.
Is the use of SelfCare1® compatible with medical treatment?
If a person is on medication, we recommend consulting a doctor before using essential oils.
How long does a SelfCare1® cartridge last?
The duration of a cartridge depends on your usage. For an adult who uses the SelfCare1® regularly, count about 6 months.
Do I need to download an app to use SelfCare1®?
Yes. The SelfCare1® application will allow you to create different profiles and create the care you want. You can download it for free on Apple Store or Play Store.
