30-Day Home Trial
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from familyselfcare.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to return your product to us.
You have to notify your decision by written declaration specifying your name and first name, email, address, telephone number and order date:

Returns
The product must be returned to us within 14 calendar days after having communicated his decision to withdraw. Returned products must be unopened, complete and undamaged in its original unopened packaging.
Refund
- In the event of the Customer's withdrawal, Family Self Care will reimburse the Customer for the amount of the returned Products. The refund will be made by the same means of payment as the one the Customer used for his order or by bank transfer. Please note that to receive a refund, your product must not have been opened and must be in perfect condition in its original packaging.
- In the event of a proven defect, Family Self Care undertakes to reimburse or exchange the defective or non-compliant product(s) and to bear any return costs within fourteen (14) days.
Upon receipt of your product if you meet the conditions mentioned, you will be reimbursed within one month. Your refund will be made by the same means of payment that you used during the initial transaction.
Please note, the buyer is held responsible if the product is damaged upon return. Consider purchasing insurance from the carrier.
